Why Can I not Link to www.*************s.com

Hi Moderators,

I have made two posts on this forum now where I needed to link to another forum to demonstrate things that I have already posted in the past, but each time I try to do this the forum blocks my links and replaces the link with asterisk's? The forum I am trying to link to is:-

www . vb dot net forums . com

Notice that I have had to break up the string otherwise it would have been blocked again.

I thought that this forum and the above named forum were Sister forums but I guess I must be wrong?

Please can you give me some correct guidance boys and girls so that I can make sure I can accommodate this issue correctly in the future.
