Some ill behaviour lately

Starting to get lots of slow down again in the last week and then got something very odd:-

1. I was making a post, it hung for a bit then gave me the "you need to wait 15 seconds between posts message"
2. Crossed over with another poster so went to edit the post and add a "crossed over" message to the end of mine
3. When I posted the edit, only half of the extra bit was there.
